The Chairman of the World Sufi Assembly (WSA), Habib Muhammad Luthfi Ali bin Yahya, and the Head of the WSA Central Committee, Prabowo Subianto, met with President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta on Tuesday, August 8, 2023.
Idaroh Aliyah Jam'iyyah Expert Thoriqoh Al-Mu'tabaroh An-Nahdliyyah (JATMAN) agreed on the results of a meeting with the management of the International World Sufi Assembly (WSA) that the 2nd World Sufi Multaqo will be held on July 25-27 2023/8-10 Muharram 1445 H in Pekalongan.
The World Sufi Council led by Maulana Habib Luthfi bin Yahya held a two-day Sufi multaqa preparation meeting on Wednesday-Thursday, 1-2 February 2023 at Hotel Santika Pekalongan.
In order to increase knowledge and understanding of Sufism and Sufism, the World Sufi Forum recommends building a university that specifically discusses Sufism in order to ensure the steps of Sufi work.
